Ah yes! Autumn is almost upon us. Time for cuddly jumpers, hot chocolate in the evening and most importantly Strictly Come Dancing is back on our telly boxes!
With the celebrity line up announced it is time to start thinking about brushing up on our best ballroom judging and dusting off our Saturday sequins. There is no better way to get in the mood than with a sparkly new podcast.
Strictly Pod Dancing features the lovable Strictly super fans, Lauren and David. It is billed to be a twice weekly podcast (posting Sunday/Monday after the live shows) that discusses all the glitz and glamour of the flamboyant dance contest.
The first episode is live now and is a run down of the celebrity line up. Lauren and David chat about their expectations and who their favourites are. It’s funny, refreshing and pure fan passion as neither has any professional dance experience.
A future highlight is sure to be musical week for David who can’t resist a showstopping musical number. While Lauren is most excited about the gothic horror that will creep in to the BBC studios during Halloween week.
